The forum gathered all 36 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) offering Criminal Justice Education in the region, together with key practicum partners: PNP PRO XI, PNP RFU XI, BJMP XI, BFP XI, DILG XI, PDEA XI, PPA XI, CAAP, LTO XI, DOH XI, maritime agencies, LGUs, private security agencies, DAGCO, and other industry stakeholders.

The convergence served as a vital platform to strengthen coordination and tackle emerging concerns in student practicum deployment.

Key discussions centered on the proposed mandatory drug testing prior to student deployment and the harmonization of MOA provisions between HEIs and practicum agencies.
