Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. (RMC) strengthened its commitment to student-centered governance as Kelvin King R. Aradillos, President of the Supreme Student Government (SSG), represented the institution during the Hybrid Student Dialogue with Student Leaders in the Davao Region organized by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI (CHED RO XI) on September 28, 2026.
The dialogue provided a significant platform for student leaders to engage in discussions on CHED Memorandum Order No. 18, Series of 2026, which sets forth the Inclusive and Comprehensive Policies and Guidelines on Student Affairs and Services. Key areas highlighted during the activity included student welfare and development, inclusive and responsive student services, campus safety, leadership, and meaningful student participation in institutional processes.
Aradillosβ participation reflects RMCβs continuing support for student leadership, active representation, and collaborative engagement with higher education stakeholders. Through initiatives such as this, student voices are given greater opportunities to contribute insights toward improving student services and building safer, more inclusive, and responsive academic communities.
The engagement further underscores RMCβs commitment to developing student leaders who are informed, involved, and prepared to advocate for the welfare and interests of their fellow learners.
