Tiboron, incoming OIC-Vice President for Academic Affairs, represented Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. in the Public Consultation on the Draft Revised CHED Principles, Procedures, and Guidelines for the Conduct of Mediation in the Commission on Higher Education, held on September 03, 2026 at the Apo View Hotel, Davao City.
Convened by the CHED Legal and Legislative Service pursuant to CEB Resolution No. 372-2026, the consultation gathered CHED regional offices and higher education institutions from across Visayas and Mindanao to review proposed revisions to CHED Order No. 1, series of 2018.
