Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. (RMC) continues to strengthen its commitment to global engagement and academic excellence as Prof. Antonio A. Solomon Jr., Internationalization Relations Officer, formally presented the institution’s proposed RMC Internationalization Policy Manual, Internationalization Strategic Plan, and Internationalization Operations Manual to the School President, Dr. Evelyn A. Magno.
The presentation marked a significant milestone in the institution’s ongoing efforts to establish a comprehensive, sustainable, and globally responsive internationalization framework. These key institutional documents are designed to provide clear policies, strategic directions, governance mechanisms, and operational guidelines that will serve as the foundation for the implementation of internationalization initiatives across the institution.
During the presentation, Dr. Evelyn A. Magno provided valuable insights, constructive recommendations, and strategic directions to further strengthen the proposed documents. Her guidance emphasized the importance of ensuring that RMC’s internationalization agenda remains aligned with the institution’s vision and mission while responding to national higher education priorities and global educational trends.
The discussion also highlighted the need for a well-coordinated and institution-wide approach to internationalization by integrating academic collaboration, faculty and student mobility, international research partnerships, cultural exchange programs, global linkages, and quality assurance initiatives into the college’s long-term development agenda.
