On 23 November, 2025, 𝙍𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙨 (𝙍𝙈𝘾) 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 conducted their 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟏 (𝐌𝐒𝟏) together with the Guest of Honor and Speaker 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗘. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼, 𝗠𝗔𝗧-𝗚𝗖, RMC ROTC Commandant, 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗣 𝗥𝗨𝗕𝗜𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, RMC ROTC Chief Clerk, TSg Marcial B Pahayahay (Inf) PA, Dr. Alminda M. Fernandez for opening remarks, NSTP Coordinator, Ms. Cristina C Ariate and the Training Staffs of the Rizal Memorial Colleges ROTC Unit held at the RMC grounds.
A celebration of hard work and commitment, as Military Science 1 comes to its close. We stand together, transformed into strong and visionary warriors. We’ve overcome tough challenges and built strong bonds. We’ve learned the importance of Duty, Honor, and Sacrifice. This ceremony marks not just an ending, but the beginning of a new path one we face with confidence and conviction, equipped with knowledge and driven by ambition. With grateful hearts and disciplined minds, we say goodbye to Military Science 1, carrying its lessons and legacy as we move forward.

Donning of Ranks is a military tradition wherein an officer has been promoted to the next higher rank, as it recognized and further reminded of his/her higher responsibilities, it’s a moment of pride and honor, marking their progress and reaffirming their adhesion to command the nation’s development. The Officers serve as the mirror of values, resilience, and service of all cadets.
