RMC OSSA Convenes General Assembly for Graduating Class for 2026

Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. (RMC) gathered its graduating class of 2026 on February 4, 2026, at the RMC Gymnasium for a General Assembly organized by the Office of Student Services and Affairs (OSSA) under Ms. Rosalie E. Caminero, OSSA Director. The event brought together students from all academic departments to provide comprehensive guidance on graduation procedures, academic compliance, and institutional requirements, ensuring that graduates are fully prepared for the forthcoming commencement exercises.

The assembly featured targeted presentations from key officers addressing critical aspects of graduation. Ms. Rea Dith S. Sajulan, Guidance and Counseling Office OIC, opened by discussing the completion of clearance and counseling requirements, emphasizing the importance of adhering to institutional protocols. Building on this, Mr. Amado S. Ancla, Director of Alumni Relations and Scholarship, provided an overview of scholarship compliance and academic responsibilities, clarifying expectations for students receiving financial assistance. Following these presentations, Mrs. Servanda Calumpang, Head Registrar of the Registrar’s Office, provided detailed guidance on documentation procedures, submission deadlines, and academic clearance protocols, ensuring that all graduates were fully informed of the steps required to secure eligibility for commencement.

The deans also attended to provide department-specific directives, reinforcing program requirements. Dr. Agnes P. Mascariñas of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) and Dr. Noel R. Ponsaran of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) emphasized the importance of complying with their respective program standards, highlighting that adherence to these directives is essential for graduation eligibility.

The session concluded with OSSA urging students to complete any remaining requirements and to utilize available support services, reflecting RMC’s commitment to a structured, transparent, and academically rigorous graduation process.
