On January 28, 2026, the RMC Law School Practice Students (LSPS) conducted a court visit at the RTC Sta. Cruz Branch 7 Family Court as part of the Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP). The activity allowed the students to observe actual court proceedings and gain practical insights into family court processes and courtroom practice.
Participating in the court visit were Jodell Enero, Kenneth Infante, and Veronica Maglana, who had the opportunity to witness firsthand how legal principles are applied in real courtroom settings.
This activity is conducted in line with the Law Student Practice Rule of the Supreme Court, which aims to provide law students with practical training and supervised exposure to the justice system, bridging legal theory with real-world legal practice.
