RMC College of Business Administration Hosts Entrepreneurial Expo 2025

successfully hosted the Entrepreneurial Expo 2025, themed “Innovation and Adaptation: Transforming Trends to Opportunities.” The event provided a strategic platform for students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial skills, creativity, and capacity for innovation in addressing contemporary business challenges.

The program commenced with a solemn invocation, followed by the national anthem and the Davao Hymn. Dr. Janine Sato-Betonio, Dean of the College of Business Administration, delivered the opening message, while Dr. Alminda M. Fernandez, Vice President for Academic Affairs, provided an inspirational address, emphasizing the role of innovation and adaptability in today’s business landscape. The event was further graced by the presence of Prof. Christine P. Agaton, whose support and guidance continue to inspire both students and faculty.

A distinguished panel of judges—Dr. Julius C. Getigan, Prof. Demi Sevilla-Claros, and Prof. Jesthony L. Ocalena evaluated the student exhibits, ensuring a rigorous and objective assessment of creativity, presentation, and conceptualization. The program also featured a cultural intermission performance by Ms. Marie Jean Camuta and a ceremonial ribbon-cutting marking the formal inauguration of the expo.

Participants, faculty, and guests engaged in exhibit viewing, observing the innovative approaches students applied to entrepreneurial concepts. Awards for Best in Product, Best in Presentation, and Best in Logo were conferred to outstanding student projects, recognizing exemplary performance in creativity, strategic thinking, and execution.

The Entrepreneurial Expo 2025 reaffirmed RMC’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and equipping future business leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to transform ideas into viable opportunities.
