Encarnado to lead the troop, along with private organizations such as the Airsoft Game Club–Davao Chapter, the Fraternal Order of Eagles–Davao South Elite Eagles Club, and the Philippine Wolf Organization.

The activity began with a short program that acknowledged the presence of the different groups and partners. Inspirational messages from school officials and organizational representatives set the tone for the day, highlighting the values of unity, bayanihan, and the importance of education.
