The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. successfully conducted its Institutional General Assembly on January 09, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the RMC Arena, with administrators, faculty members, students, stakeholders, and personnel in attendance. The assembly served as a significant platform for institutional alignment, information dissemination, and reaffirmation of the College’s guiding principles.
The program formally opened with an opening message by Mr. Lorenzo Raphael L. Magno, Vice President for Administration and Finance, who set the tone of the assembly by emphasizing unity, shared responsibility, and institutional direction.
A major highlight of the assembly was the Dissemination of the Approved Revision of the RMC Educational Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives (EVMGOO). This segment aimed to ensure that all stakeholders clearly understood and internalized the institution’s revised foundational statements. Dr. Albert G. Musico, Area Director for RMC Branches, presented the Educational Philosophy, Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and Goals and Objectives. This was followed by the discussion of the Core Values, Quality Policy, Institutional Graduate Outcomes and Indicators, and the RMC Motto by Dr. Alminda M. Fernandez, Vice President for Academic Affairs. The discussions reinforced RMC’s commitment to academic excellence, values formation, and holistic student development.
Last part focused on providing Information on School Fees for Academic Year 2026–2027, presented by Mr. Misael A. Membreve, CPA, Finance Head. This segment ensured transparency and clarity regarding financial matters, allowing stakeholders to be properly informed of the upcoming academic year’s financial framework.
Overall, the Institutional General Assembly was successfully carried out and achieved its objectives of information dissemination, institutional alignment, and strengthened awareness of RMC’s academic direction and policies. The event underscored the College’s commitment to transparency, shared governance, and continuous institutional development.
