All International Relations Officers (IRO) attended the 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐄 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐑: 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑–𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐨, 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲. Among the participants was Prof. Antonio A. Solomon Jr., who gained valuable insights on the importance of strengthening internationalization initiatives and advancing the global reputation of Philippine higher education institutions.
The 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐖𝐔𝐑𝐈, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐒 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬. Emphasis was placed on the 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 and initiatives that meet these benchmarks in order to qualify, compete, and thrive in the global academic landscape.
