Davao City, Philippines – September 10, 2025 — The Association of Regional Teacher Education Institutions (ARTEI) Middle Managers Capacity Development Cum General Assembly gathered Teacher Education Deans, Program Heads and Faculty from across the region for a day of recognition and capacity-building at Sunny Point Plaza, Maa Highway, Davao City.
With the theme “Navigating Change: Teachers at the Heart of Transformation, “The event honored institutions for their commitment to advancing teacher education and for consistently producing quality graduates.
The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. (RMC) was recognized for its outstanding performance in the March 2025 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT). The Bachelor of Elementary Education program achieved a 100% passing rate, while the Bachelor of Secondary Education program garnered 77.78%. The awards were received by the Dean of the College of Teacher Education Dr. Agnes P. Mascariñas and the Intern Supervisor Antonio A. Solomon who acknowledged the efforts of the faculty, students, and community in sustaining high standards of teacher preparation.
