This leadership milestone set a strong and inspiring tone for a more collaborative, innovative, and forward-looking 2026.

The assembly was held in conjunction with the CHED RO XI x RCDBEG XI Partnership Session: Strengthening Academeโ€“Industry Collaboration, conducted on December 19, 2025, at the Mergrande Ocean Resort, Bago Aplaya, Talomo, Davao City. The event was spearheaded by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI (CHED RO XI) in partnership with RCDBEG XI under her leadership.

The activity also served as the RCDBEG XI General Assembly, gathering higher education institutions (HEIs) offering Business and Management Education (BME) programs in Region XI. It provided an important venue for strengthening collaboration among academic leaders and aligning shared priorities on quality standards, research relevance, employability outcomes, and industry engagement.

As both Dean and RCDBEG XI President, her leadership played a vital role in guiding meaningful discussions and fostering unity among participating institutions. The session generated actionable commitments aimed at reinforcing academeโ€“industry partnerships and ensuring that business education programs remain responsive to current industry demands and future workforce needs as the region moves into 2026.

CHED RO XI expressed its appreciation to the RCDBEG XI officers and members, participating HEIs, and industry partners for their active participation and continued support. The success of the partnership session and general assembly reflected strong leadership, shared vision, and collective commitment to advancing business education in the region.

As Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. and RCDBEG XI move forward, the successful conduct of this assembly stands as a testament to inclusive leadership and regional collaboration making 2026 a more promising, dynamic, and impactful year for business education in Region XI.
