RMC Signs MOA with Solution Provider to Strengthen Graduate Employability and Alumni Tracer Studies

February 2, 2026 — Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. (RMC), represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Lorenzo Raphael L. Magno, formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with SeeMeSOL, an international solutions provider that designs talent supply chain systems to “seamlessly connect the academe with industry, driving graduate success through integrated platforms and community collaboration.”

The MOA-signing ceremony was organized and facilitated by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI (CHEDRO XI), headed by Regional Director Dr. Maricar R. Casquejo, CESO III. RMC is among approximately 50 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region XI partnering with SeeMeSOL.

Held at the Freedom Hall of Lyceum of the Philippines University–Davao (LPU-Davao), the event also marked the opening of LPU-Davao’s week-long activities in celebration of its seventh founding anniversary, in collaboration with CHEDRO XI.

RMC President Dr. Evelyn A. Magno, who was unable to attend in person, pre-signed the MOA. Vice President Magno signed as witness during the ceremony.

In her opening remarks, Dr. Casquejo emphasized that CHEDRO XI’s facilitation of HEI partnerships with SeeMeSOL supports CHED’s ACHIEVE 2030 Agenda—particularly the letter E, which stands for “Expanded and Integrated Real-time Data Collection and Analytics.” She noted that gathering accurate information on graduate employment and alumni tracking remains a challenge for many HEIs. Through SeeMeSOL, institutions can better comply with CHED requirements on employability and alumni tracer studies, while also providing graduates with greater access to employment opportunities and improved prospects for placement.

“We cannot manage what we cannot measure,” Dr. Casquejo said. She explained that SeeMeSOL provides real-time data and analytics that both HEIs and CHED can utilize for reporting and strategic planning. Under the ACHIEVE Agenda’s Employability and Lifelong Learning component (letter C), aligned with the Centralized One-Nation Human Capital Development Plan, CHED targets 500,000 graduates employed within 12 months of graduation. By engaging with SeeMeSOL, HEIs can monitor graduate outcomes, identify challenges, and develop responsive interventions, while CHED can consolidate data for broader policy action.

In his keynote presentation, SeeMeSOL Founder and Chairman Mr. David Padgett underscored that Career Services serves as the missing link between education and employment, noting that education does not always translate directly into jobs. SeeMeSOL aims to strengthen HEI career services through a free, integrated digital platform featuring one-click data analytics, secured video hosting, real-time dashboards, quick interview scheduling, smart-search algorithms, branded career portals, in-system messaging, content-rich resource hubs, interactive 3D environments, on-platform events, swift technical support, and customizable survey forms.

CHED XI Education Supervisor-in-Charge for Student Affairs and Services (SAS), Dr. Leomar Jay R. Oblianda, announced that HEIs that signed the MOA will soon participate in onboarding activities involving designated institutional personnel.

Joining Vice President Magno in witnessing the MOA signing was RMC Director of the Office of Alumni Relations, Mr. Amado S. Ancla.
