It was an honor and privilege for the Rizal Memorial Colleges Inc., to become a part of the Special Send-off Ceremony for the Revitalized Pulis Sa Barangay (R-PSB) Teams of Police Regional Office 11 (PRO11), held at the Camp Quintin M. Merecido.

Estrellita Lacuesta, the Dean of College of Criminal Justice Education shared the even on her Facebook post, stating:

SNAPPY SALUTE to our REGIONAL DIRECTOR PBGEN FILMORE B. ESCOBAL for producing a new  batch of PNP Personnel that were equipped with more awareness and  familiarities on the current situation of the people considered living in the hemline of society & the courses of engagements to be carried out to help alleviate their distressing status particularly in the context of their socio-economic circumstances. They are also the PNP personnel that will become our channel to make our indigent brothers and sisters our partners in attaining a sustainable peace and order in the community.
