RMC CCJE and ALPHARD MOA Signing

           On or about  May 18 0900H 2022, the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) through its Dean, Dr. Estrellita B. Lacuesta and Community Extension director, Mr. Vincent Chan both representing RMC, entered into an agreement by signing the  Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Alphard Security Training Center and JB Pentagon Security Investigation Agency in its effort to strengthen the collaborative effort of The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. and its partner institution/establishment, specifically on the field of Industrial Security.

            This is in adherence to the mandate of the Commission on Higher Education, pursuant to CMO 21, Series of 2005, Article 5, Section 8 which further strengthened by the provisions of CMO 37, Series of 2010, that states… “HEIs offering the BS Criminology program must have proper linkages with institutions where the students shall undertake their Practicum. The HEI and the institution concerned shall enter into a valid MOA wherein the parties’ individual participation and responsibilities shall be specified.”

            The MOA signing was witnessed by the personnel and staff of PRO11, Regional Civil Security Unit under the leadership of its Chief, PCOL PALMER Z. TRIA. The activity ended exactly 1130H.
