Last August 3, 2020, a Memorandum of Agreement between PRO 11 and The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. was signed and represented by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Leo Tereso A. Magno. This MOA signifies RMC’s participation to the whole of the nation approach as the establishment pledged to provide free tuition and scholarship not only to PNP personnel but also to Former Rebels (FRs) and Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL).
PRO 11 pledged to help RMC train students in public safety/law enforcement programs to include components of CWTS of NSTP, which as three strands, namely: ROTC, CWTS, and LTS. It was the first time for this PRO to agree with an educational institution that offers scholarships and free tuition for the benefit of FRs and CICL.
